Hello, my name is Amerish Warren, owner of Close To Home. Through personal ties to the veteran community, I have witnessed how securing housing for independent veterans, who may not fit the traditional rental requirements, can create a housing crisis and potential homelessness. No veteran should be without housing.
This organization, our mission, and our veterans are very close to my heart.

Our history
In 2023 Close To Home was created out of the growing need to provide our nation's veterans with housing that is affordable and makes long- term stability not only accessible, but achievable.
Our mission
To bridge the gap between veterans and property owners in the community. With professional House Managers and staff with over 15 years in the industry, we provide our property owners with a "hands-off" approach to leasing their property.
